Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping for all of our products.
We use a number of courier services, primarily Sendle and Australia Post.
We dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders to major cities will ordinarily arrive within 1-3 working days. Orders to rural areas will ordinarily arrive within 5-10 working days and orders to WA between 14 - 28 days
Despite these estimated delivery times of arrival, we DO NOT guarantee deliveries will arrive at this specified time or date. We always do our best but ultimately we are dependant on our courier companies. Always give yourself adequate time for an order to arrive.
Tracking and your signature
All our deliveries are tracked and require your signature. This allows you to track your parcel at any time. We are unable to give specific delivery times. Please do not request that deliveries are made on or within a certain time, as this is not possible.
Authority to Leave
If you wish, at the online checkout page, you may give authority to leave your parcel at the door or some other location.
Your phone number
It is best if you provide us with your phone number at checkout to ensure a smooth delivery service. You can be confident that your phone number will only be used if there is a problem with delivering your product. Please do not request that couriers call you prior to delivery as they are unable to do this.
Western Australia and Tasmania
Attention all WA and Tasmania customers, are you buying our seeds to be planted in the ground? If you answered yes to this question, it is important that you follow all steps required by your state. It is the responsibility for each customer to be aware of their state’s import rules before placing an order. If you plan to use our seeds solely for growing sprouts and microgreens, than we have no problem with this. However, please be aware, that all responsibility is on you the importer and if your parcel is stopped for an inspection, you will need to pay a $65.90 inspection fee before your seeds will be released to you. .
Please refer to your state’s biosecurity restrictions for importing seeds.
