INGREDIENTS

4 bagels

150g cream cheese, softened

100g smoked salmon

½ red onion, finely sliced

1 punnet Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts

1 tbsp baby capers
-
Few sprigs of dill

1 lemon, cut into wedges
INSTRUCTIONS

Slice bagels in half and spread bottom half with cream cheese.

Top with smoked salmon, onion, Aussie Sprouts Alfalfa Sprouts, capers and dill.

Place the remaining bagel half on top and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
